Invoice Terms All invoices are due within 30 days of the issue date. Customers assume responsibility for all materials and fixtures upon installation. Clients are also responsible for ensuring timely payment of all invoices in accordance with our stated terms. Grace Period We provide a 5‑day grace period after the due date to allow for unexpected delays or administrative processing. Late Fees If payment has not been received by the end of the grace period, a 2% late fee will be applied to the outstanding balance. Additional late fees may accrue until the invoice is paid in full. Fixtures & Special Orders Custom‑ordered fixtures — including faucets, tubs, toilets, specialty valves, and decorative accents — must be paid in full prior to installation. Because these items are ordered specifically for your project, they cannot be returned or cancelled once purchased. Payment ensures timely delivery and installation scheduling.
